I *did* get miles in though!
Running:
Monday – no miles
Tuesday – 2 miles
Wednesday -0 Miles
Thursday – 2 miles
Friday – 2 miles
Saturday – 4 miles
Sunday – 3.1 miles
No planks. No wall sitting. I’m restarting those challenges on May 1.
But the week ahead is full of greatness. And promise!! Monday starts my “Official” training for…well…Marine Corps Marathon, Wine and Dine Half, Dopey Challenge, Houston Half, and…the latest addition, Paris Marathon
Schedule for the Coming Week:
Monday – Strength training day + Stretching
Tuesday – 2.5 miles
Wednesday – 30 minutes cross training (not sure what I’ll do yet!!)
Thursday – 2 miles + strength training + 10 second wall sit + 1 set 60 second plank
Friday – Rest Day + 20 second wall sit + 3 sets / 30 second plank
Saturday – 40 minutes cross training +30 second wall sit + 1 set / 60 second plank
Sunday – 3 miles + 40 second wall sit + 3 sets / 30 second plan
There’s really a lot at stake now so next week’s check-in will have a much happier face!!
