I saw this days ago, but wanted to make sure I had time to really think about the questions! Hope to get that post done this weekend!!
Now that’s dedication! Actually the miles don’t bother me, it’s the getting up SO early that many days in a row!
I’m planning on working that into my training!! Cause it is REALLY honestly the worst part of the whole thing!!

Heh. We’ll see – hardcore crying maybe!! ๐ I was going to do Goofy *anyway* for the 10 year bling…and I’d done Goofy + the 5K already so figured it was just another 6 miles ๐

No! I did Goofy in 2013 and wanted to do it in 2015 for the 10 year medal — then Dopey came along and…what’s 6.2 more miles!
Awesome! I have never done goofy so this is a first for me.
Any advice?
When I did Goofy – I had also done the 5K. Someone picked up my 5K things for me since I didn’t get in until late Thursday. So Expo on Friday after the 5K (which was a ZOO – there was *no* Goofy merchandise left, barely anything at all!) and didn’t wander much. I got taped at KT Tape and picked up a Raw Threads 39.3 shirt I’d ordered and got the heck out! We did the Pasta party both nights (Fri and Sat) but that was it for parks. I didn’t go to a park until Monday mid-Morning! Lots of pool time and relaxing.
Everyone will tell you to take it easy on Saturday, use the whole 4 hours if you have to! — though it’s Disney so hard to NOT take it easy! And then enjoy Sunday! And stay off your feet – that’s the biggie!!
That is essential my plan. I want to arrive before my family and do two races before they get there so I can go to bed early and get the expo stuff done. Then they can do parks with me after the marathon.
