In case you hadn’t heard, today was the day to register for the new runDisney Avenger’s Super Heroes Half Marathon weekend. That is, if you weren’t one of the lucky ones who got in through the early registration process!

Active.com opened registration at 11:56 am. By 12:15 the 5K was sold out. Kid’s races closed not too long after and the Half Marathon was declared closed by runDisney on Twitter before 2:00.
Hopefully, if you wanted in you got in! These races are getting tougher and tougher to register for so I will be On. My. Toes. when it comes time to register for #Dopey15 next month.
And if runDisney or Super Heroes aren’t your cup of tea, Georgia Marathon and Half Marathon ALSO opened registration for their 2015 event today. And, it’s a BARGAIN folks — half off today, 40% off tomorrow and…something off the next day. Then early registration will CLOSE! So, I’ll be going to Atlanta next year 🙂
