Yeah, not as catchy as Thankful Thursday…I’m workin’ on it 🙂
So the truth is this:
No matter how much you run or lift weights or Zumba or CrossFit yourself into a major sweat, if you don’t change the way you eat you won’t have the success you’re looking for.
This I know from experience!
So, work out! Lift those weights! Zumba like Charo! Run run run as fast as you can. But make sure you’re making good choices with what you put in your mouth too!
Cause, it is true, You cannot outrun your fork!
Another truth? If you look at the word “truth” a lot, it starts to look pretty weird…
